He understood my requests, knew what to do and fulfilled them with quality work that was completed efficiently and with a congenial manner. He took extra steps to clean up afterward, including painting over minor marks on the walls. Danny clearly takes pride in his work. My apartment looks great

Maryesa provided my initial introduction to Verso and then guided me step by step through the leasing process, move-in procedures, and finally provided a gracious welcome on my move in day. Maryesa helped me with all the online procedures to fully integrate into the Verso community. Maryesa is a great representative for the Millcreek organization. |Recommended: YesMaintenance service Armando. — I am a new resident and turned in my apartment inventory yesterday. First thing this morning, Armando was at my door to address all the deficiencies noted on the inventory. He patiently and clearly explained the operation of several items and repaired the items that needed attention. He is checking on my ice maker and will call back tomorrow to determine if the device is working properly. I appreciated Armando’s attention to detail, his professional skills and his customer service. Thank you

|Recommended: YesReview of maintenance — I recently had grab bars installed in my shower and had a new toilet installed. Carlos was absolutely awesome. He went above and beyond to be certain that everything was done well. He is cheerful, friendly and very competent.
I have only been here 6 weeks but have found the maintenance staff to be exceptional. Having come from living in a 55 home community I am well aware of some of the issues which arise in 55 communities and I believe thah Mill Creek handles everything extremely well and am very comfortable recommending Verso to my friends.
